Women in Data Science event!

We are so excited the day has finally come! Today we were at the National Museum of Edinburgh with 14 schools and around 100 pupils for the Turing’s Testers face to face final to celebrate Women in Data Science day working in collaboration with The Data Lab.

This was such an exciting day where all the finalists heard from incredible speakers such as, Hannah Fry and took part in a series of mini challenges. Their were three team prizes who ranked top from the mini challenges, the winning team won £1500 from Mudano!

Was incredible to see the Turing’s Testers lead this event and see girls taking part in tech challenges! Just amazing.
