British Data Awards Finalist

We are beyond excited to see the joint data project between dressCode and Scottish Tech Army are finalists in the Not for Profit of the year category at the 2024 British Data Awards. Huge shout out to the volunteers who have worked on this project over the years. A special shout out to Aba-Sah Dadzie who is incredible and the amazing Blaga Baycheva and Eleanor Mitchell!

We have developed an interactive dashboard that provides an overview of the Computing Science landscape. This dashboard explores various aspects such as student uptake, gender distribution, and teacher numbers, comparing these metrics to traditional STEM subjects dating back to 1986. Thanks to the ongoing support from the incredible Scottish Tech Army, we will keep this dashboard updated with annual data. We are currently in the process of cleaning the data from recent years.
